North American Joint Bat Working Group Meeting

Join us for the North American Joint Bat Working Group Meeting, March 3-6, 2015 in downtown St. Louis, Missouri at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. This meeting will serve as the regular meeting for the Midwest Bat Working Group (7th), Southeastern Bat Diversity Network (20th), and Western Bat Working Group (7th), and will be attended by bat biologists from Mexico, Canada,and across the U.S. -The 25th Colloquium on the Conservation of Mammals will meet on the final day of this Joint Bat Meeting. 2015 Bat Blitz, July 26-30

The 2015 Bat Blitz, sponsored by the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, will be held in Beaufort and Jasper Counties in coastal South Carolina. Survey areas include Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, Savannah National Wildlife Refuge, Victoria Bluff Heritage Preserve, Honey Horn Plantation and Palmetto Bluff. The Palmetto Bluff Conservancy is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to the conservation of the natural and cultural resources of Palmetto Bluff. For more information about the Conservancy, go to Palmettobluff.com. Housing for the 2015 Bat Blitz will be at the University of South Carolina Beaufort’s Hilton Head Gateway Campus in Bluffton, SC.
